Why Our Agents

With all the dangers that can arise each day, you need to know that you can count on someone who will take an interest in your needs. With our Agents, you don’t get flashlight security standards. We strive to beat those standards and provide for our clients . As you learn more about us, take an extra look at our fitness standards, firearms qualification requirements, and our additional training.

  • Agents must meet yearly physical fitness qualifications. Our Agents must pass similar requirements that most Law Enforcement Agencies or Academies set for their Officers. (See the table below)
  • Armed Agents exceed state requirements for firearms training requirements and qualify every six months, including shoot, don’t shoot scenarios and night time shoots. (See table below)
  • Agents are trained in deescalation and verbal skills.  We don’t tolerate badge heavy attitudes or ” I don’t care attitudes. The ability of an Agent to communicate is the key between success and failure.
  • Agents receive on going training and personal development. All of our Agents are required to attend additional training each year. We constantly are looking at ways to improve and give our Agents the better training.
